Option #1: Individual Leadership Coaching
Let’s work together to to build upon your leadership skills to ensure that you are successful in your role as either a new school leader or a transitioning school leader. We will create actions plans for conducting data analysis, develop PLC protocols, put in place comprehensive communication plans, improve teacher leadership, and create a safe, supportive school community.
Individual Leadership Coaching Package: 9 full 1 hour sessions for $900. Individual sessions offered for $150.
Option #2: Group Leadership Consortium
Collaborate with other educators in your same role and develop the skills to take you to the next level. Groups include Principals, Assistant Principals, and Aspiring Administrators.
Groups will meet virtually monthly for 90 minutes to discuss leadership skills, communication, master scheduling, innovation, PLC development, school culture, and more!
Group Leadership Consortium: $650 for 1 year consortium membership
Option #3: Comprehensive School Improvement Consulting
Bring TPD to your school / district for a day of PD for your staff! Together, action plans will be created so that targeted needs are met so that your organization can move forward and go from good to great!
Comprehensive In-Person School Improvement Consulting: $6800 / per day, $1950 / quarterly.
Includes a 90 minute onboarding call and collaboration of future PD.
Option #4: Keynote Address
